Scent Beauty Investment led by KSV Global & Grupo Boticário

Scent Beauty, Inc., the innovative omni channel developer of a diversified portfolio of culturally relevant fragrance and beauty brands closed its Series A Preferred Investment round. The initial raise was led by KSV Global, a Boston-based growth stage investment firm with complementary investments in the fragrance, pharmacy and ecommerce sectors.  KSV Global partners with entrepreneurs who are passionate about transformative growth and are committed to building long-term value and relationships.

 

KSV Global’s participation was further augmented by an important investment and strategic partnership with multinational beauty firm Grupo Boticário, one of the world’s largest perfumery and beauty brand companies with over 3,600 locations throughout Brazil. 

 

In a short period of time, Scent Beauty has modernized the fragrance and beauty category, launching a successful portfolio of proprietary and exclusively licensed brands including: Dolly Parton, Stetson, Kylie Minogue, Simply Natural, CHER, Ron Dorff and Scent-Organix.

 

The partnerships with KSV Global and Grupo Boticário will allow the Company to accelerate the U.S. and international growth of its beauty and lifestyle brands throughout the digital and physical space, as well as extent the brand’s development, with upcoming launches for Sabrina Carpenter, Lauren Conrad and K3 by Kenzo Takada, among others.  Scent Beauty fragrances are developed exclusively in partnership with Firmenich, the world’s leader in perfume creation.
